Pattern skill level =advanced beginner to intermediate. If you have questions or problems when working through your pattern, please don't hesitate to write:

~When will I get my pattern?

~Can I sell my finished doll or toy?
Yes, feel free to sell your finished items, but please do not use "Teri Crews" or "Teri Crews Designs" in the name of your toy, you can however (and it would be greatly appreciated, but isn't necessary), say "Pattern designed by Teri Crews" or "Pattern used for project from Teri Crews Designs".

~Do not copy, alter, share or sell pattern(s), pictures or images.
Copies may be made for owner’s personal use only.
Feel free to sell your finished items, but please do not copy, share or sell pattern.

~Please be sure to use your own photos and images when listing or selling your finished items.

~Can I make copies for my friends?
You can make copies of your pattern for yourself, but please don't make copies and share with your friends or anyone for that matter.  Sorry, but yep that is stealing.

~I saw your patterns on another website, are they the same?
My patterns are sold on: this website, Etsy, Ravelry, Craftsy, Mary Maxim and Annie's Attic.  If you see them on another site, they are illegal copies. These sites usually want your money or information. Please don't use them, if you are uncertain, please don't hesitate to contact me at:

~Can I get a printed copy of a pattern?
Sorry all patterns are offered as instant downloads in PDF format. We do not currently offer any printed/hard copies of patterns.

~I purchased patterns, but didn't get a download link.
If your purchase went through but your download link isn't working, send me a email and I'll promptly send a copy of the PDF directly to your email address.

~I downloaded the pattern(s), but now I can't find it.
Be sure to save your files to your computer or jump drive after downloading. If you are unable to find it and need another copy, you can download for 60 days or email me letting me know about the problem and I will send you a new link or email the PDF directly to you.

~I am having a hard time placing the eyes and needle sculpting.
Deciding where to put the eyes on your animal can be a little tricky. Some of the patterns tell you where the sample eyes are placed and some don't. Where you place the eyes will give your animal his or her own personality. If you space them farther apart, your animal may have a younger look, closer together might give your animal a older look. My best advice is: crochet all the facial parts, i.e., nose and muzzle. Stuff the head, but do not close, sew on parts and then place the eyes in different positions, pushing in on them just a bit (to show how they would look needle sculpted). Once you are happy with where they are placed, mark with a tiny pen dot, un-stuff head, secure eyes and re-stuff. Then do your needle sculpting, sorry but this is one of those things you may need to practice a little. Tugging to tightly will indent your eyes to much, tugging to lightly will not indent your eyes enough. You may need to bring the needle back up a few times. Sorry this is one of those things that might require a little practice.  Be sure to see the tutorials on the blog for additional help.

~My nose doesn't look right.
When sewing on pieces, I think it's easier to separate the yarn plies and use only one or two pieces for sewing. I whip stitch all the pieces of my animals/dolls with tiny stitches, shaping as I sew. Sometimes you may need to go around a nose, muzzle or ear several times until you are happy with it. Sorry again this might take a little practice.

~Do you sell finished toys/items?
No, I don't currently offer any finished toys or projects, but I have alot of great customers who do. If you would like to order a toy or blanket, be sure to Heather's Kritters and Kuddlers page on facebook:

~I want to sell my finished toys, can I use your pictures?
Sorry no, all images as well as pattern instructions are copyright protected. You may sell your finished toys made from our patterns, but please use your own pictures and descriptions.

~Do you take custom order requests?
I definitely appreciate any toy/doll suggestions. Sometimes I can make the animal or toy and sometimes the pattern just never cooperates so I'm sorry but I do not currently take any custom orders.

~Do you have any tutorials that will help me?

Yes, be sure to visit the tutorials page here or visit my blog at:

~Do you ever have sales?

Of course, be sure to visit the site often to see any current promotions

~Where can I find animal/safety eyes like the ones you use in your patterns?

Sometimes you can find animal eyes at your local craft/hobby stores, but if not I offer some in my Teri Loves Etsy shop. Besides eyes, you will find lots of cute buttons and craft supplies.
